Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight needs. We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily made up of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings are between $1,350 and $1,600 per week, based on the hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially reaching up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
