Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Lawrence, KS
Join HMD Trucking as an experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Driver, responsible for nationwide freight transportation. We offer a competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles, in addition to bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
What We Offer You:
- Access to modern trucks, less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
