Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time based on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occasionally occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads. We utilize 70% drop-and-hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers may reach up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first of the month after 60 days of service. We offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Eligibility for dedicated accounts starts after 90 days.
