Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Leawood, KS by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split

- Orientation Pay: $150

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport goods on cross-country routes
- Work closely with your co-driver on schedules and logs
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections
- Uphold DOT and company safety standards
Our fleet consists of tractors under three years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and roomy sleepers, supported by dedicated in-house maintenance.
Earn an average of 5,000 miles per week at a 77¢/mile split, with safety, inspection, and referral bonuses, plus comprehensive health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.
