Become a valued member of our driving team as a Dry Van Company Driver. We are looking for skilled OTR drivers ready to navigate all 48 states with consistent miles and reliable pay.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $0.67 cpm W2–$0.70 cpm 1099
• Average weekly take-home earnings of $1500.00 - $1800.00
• Direct deposit for weekly paychecks
• 3 weeks of driving followed by 1 week at home
• Equipment includes 2023 and newer Cascadias, set to a maximum speed of 70 MPH
• We cover your flight and hotel for required road tests and orientation
• Pet-friendly policy with no additional fees
• Passengers over 18 years incur a $30 weekly charge
