Home Time: Our drivers are generally out for 1-2 weeks at a time, with home time typically occurring weekly, although 2-week stretches may sometimes be necessary. The schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We have a well-maintained fleet featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their trucks and trailers home, with secure parking arrangements.

No Touch Freight: All of our dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive freight, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times for our drivers.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on their hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles each week. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, in addition to a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our operations primarily cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the opportunity to achieve 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following a 60-day period of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. After 90 days, you may also qualify for dedicated accounts.
