Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on freight and location. We aim for weekly home time, though some drivers may experience 2-week periods. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, consisting of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the opportunity to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average weekly pay of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus for maintaining 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment, with options for vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program available. Dedicated accounts become accessible after 90 days.
