Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Lewes, DE
HMD Trucking is hiring skilled OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the country.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay starting at 60 CPM.
- Weekly average miles of approximately 2,500.
- Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
- Modern trucks, less than 3 years old, outfitted with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping spaces.

- Home every three weeks with full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience. Join the HMD Trucking family for a great career with competitive pay and a focus on safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights home
