Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Lewiston, ME
Join the HMD Trucking team as we search for experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight nationwide. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
What We Offer:
- Access to modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping facilities.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks.

Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license is required.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
