Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Lexington-Fayette, KY

Home Time:

• Typically out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight.
• We aim for weekly home time, though some drivers may occasionally stay out for 2 weeks.
• Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, all under three years old, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
• All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
• Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight:

• All freight is dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times.
• Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly, depending on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
• Base pay is set at .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 for maintaining 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area:

• Primarily focused east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially achieving up to 3,000 miles per week.
• Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits:
