Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Lexington-Fayette, KY
Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We provide competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages of around 5,000 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Access to modern trucks (under 3 years old) equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support to keep you on the road.
- Home every two weeks with full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- A valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of OTR driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
