Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Little Rock, AR
DBS is seeking experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Little Rock. We provide steady freight, competitive wages, and reliable home time, ensuring our drivers are supported and valued.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Transport goods safely using a dry van.
- Comply with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate trip and delivery records.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A certification.
- At least 2 years of driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no significant violations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
