Are you a CDL-A driver on the lookout for an OTR position that offers great pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, you will be out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. While we aim for weekly home time, there could be instances of 2-week periods. Your schedule will run from Monday to Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including models like Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, provided they secure parking responsibly.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads come with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We offer 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for optimal efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with a weekly mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. Your base rate will be .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our primary routes are east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to log up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance is available starting the first month after 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
