Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight needs. We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week stretches may happen. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, driving approximately 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Our competitive base rates range from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily extend east of I-35, providing dedicated drivers with the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and income.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first day of the month after 60 days, with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program available. After 90 days, you may also be eligible for dedicated accounts.
