Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though some may encounter 2-week stretches. Your schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-kept and no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secure parking is managed.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to achieve 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month following a 60-day waiting period. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
