Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, with vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, providing secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads incorporate 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven per week. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers have the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles each week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins the first month following a 60-day period. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are available. Drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
