Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate long-haul dry van freight nationwide from Lynchburg, VA as a solo OTR driver, delivering on-time while prioritizing safety and compliance. Expect weekly averages near 2,500 miles, starting pay at 65¢ per mile, plus safety, inspection, and referral bonuses.
Key duties:
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and safely operate modern tractors (under 3 years) with APU, inverter, and sleeper comforts.
- Secure and transport loads, maintain accurate electronic logs and paperwork, and coordinate with dispatch.
- Follow DOT and state regulations to preserve a clean inspection record.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable experience.
