Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Manchester, NH by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Partner with another driver to haul dry van freight across the nation, departing from Manchester, NH.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate tandem-run dry van rigs
- Navigate OTR routes and manage schedules
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
- Coordinate load transfers and delivery paperwork
HMD Trucking equips you with late-model trucks featuring APUs, inverters and sleeper berths, backed by in-house maintenance. Enjoy strong pay at 77¢ per mile (split), weekly bonuses for safety and inspections, and an average of 5,000 miles per week. CDL A holders with 12+ months’ experience thrive here, returning home every three weeks and accessing comprehensive health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
