Home Time: Drivers are typically out for 1-2 weeks depending on their location and freight demands. We aim for weekly home time, although two-week periods may sometimes occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, allowing a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the ability to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking being their responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are managed with 70% drop and hook operations, which significantly reduce dock waiting times. We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes are mainly east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
