Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but two-week periods may sometimes occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and comprises vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations for efficient operations and minimal dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily covering areas east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month after 60 days, along with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
