Home Time: Drivers are typically out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, driving around 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Our competitive base rates range from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Routes primarily extend east of I-35, providing dedicated drivers the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earnings.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are available. After 90 days, you may qualify for dedicated accounts.
