Home Time:

• Enjoy 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, balancing work and personal life effectively.

Equipment:

• Drive late model Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with the latest amenities, including diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts to ensure comfort on long trips.

Freight Operations:

• Work with dry van freight ensuring 100% no-touch operations across all 48 states, including routes in major regions.

Pay and Benefits:

• Average earnings between $1,600 and $1,800 per week with a pay structure of $0.60 CPM plus $50 for each stop.
• Benefit from a $1,500 sign-on bonus, received over the first 10 weeks, and a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area:

• Engage in OTR routes covering all 48 states with a variety of dry van opportunities.

Additional Benefits:
