Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Maple Grove, MN
HMD Trucking is looking for experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight across the country. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages of around 5,000 miles, and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
Our Offerings Include:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks.
- Full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
