W2 Dry Van Company Driver - Marion, IA

Home Time:

• Spend 3-4 weeks on the road with 4-5 days at home, balancing earning potential with quality family time.

Equipment:

• Drive our 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for your comfort on long hauls.

Freight Handling:

• Enjoy 100% no-touch freight operations across all 48 states, including prime routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Compensation:

• Average weekly earnings between $1,600 and $1,800, with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM and an extra $50 for each stop. Receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a year-end 10% profit-sharing bonus.

Running Area:

• OTR routes covering all 48 states, offering varied dry van freight opportunities for maximum earnings.
