Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Marion, OH

Home Time:

Typically out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight.
We strive for weekly home time but some drivers may experience 2-week stretches.
Schedule operates Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking.

No Touch Freight:

Enjoy 100% no-touch freight with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles:

Average earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, driving 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
Base pay rates of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area:

Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers able to achieve 3,000 miles weekly.
Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:

Health insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days.
