Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, some drivers may experience 2-week periods. Our operational schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet that's no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, assuming responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, depending on hiring location, with weekly miles between 2,500-2,800. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Mainly east of I-35, dedicated drivers may achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
