Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occasionally occur. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet no older than three years, including models like Peterbilt 579, International, and Freightliner. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secure parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads for improved efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. We offer additional benefits including vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. You can qualify for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
