Home Time:

Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight.
We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week stretches may occur.
Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
All vehicles come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight:

100% no-touch freight with dry van loads primarily consisting of automotive materials.
Most operations involve 70% drop and hook, minimizing waiting times at docks.

Pay and Miles:

Average weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
Base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area:

Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers able to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week.
Consistent freight lanes provide reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:

Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program.
After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
