Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although two-week stretches may occasionally occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including models like Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. The primary freight consists of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on their hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500-2,800 miles. The base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our operations mainly cover the area east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to achieve 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
