Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Medford, OR

Home Time:

• Spend 3-4 weeks on the road, then enjoy 4-5 days at home, providing time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts. Our modern fleet ensures comfort during long trips.

Freight Operations:

• Enjoy 100% no-touch freight operations across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest through Washington and Oregon.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 for each stop. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the end of the year.

• OTR driving covering all 48 states with diverse dry van freight opportunities to maximize your earnings.

Benefits:

• This W2 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for those 18 and older at no extra charge. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
