Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though two-week periods may happen. Our schedule runs Monday to Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers have the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment, alongside vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can become eligible for dedicated accounts.
