Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Memphis, TN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Responsibilities:
- Execute team-driven over-the-road runs
- Maintain compliance with DOT and company standards
- Perform pre-trip and en-route inspections
Drive late-model equipment fitted with APUs, inverters and sleeper berths, earn bonuses for safe operation and referrals, and enjoy home time every two weeks. Comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k). Requires a CDL A and at least 12 months’ driving experience.
