Home Time: Typically, you will be out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, there may be occasions of 2-week periods. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet includes well-maintained trucks no older than three years, such as Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is outfitted with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, giving drivers the option to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads come with 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. We provide 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage of 2,500-2,800 miles. Your base rate will be .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can log up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. You may be eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
