Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Merrimack, NH by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join a two-person driving team to haul dry van freight nationwide from Merrimack, NH.
What You’ll Handle:
- Operate tandem dry van trucks safely
- Navigate coast-to-coast routes efficiently
- Conduct inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain delivery logs and documentation
You’ll drive late-model tractors equipped with APUs, inverters and sleeper accommodations, backed by dedicated in-house maintenance. Compensation begins at 77¢ per mile (split) with average weekly miles of 5,000, plus safety, inspection and referral bonuses. Home every three weeks, plus full health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) benefits. Requires CDL A and a minimum of 12 months’ experience.
