Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a rewarding independent contractor position that offers excellent pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Enjoy 3-4 weeks out on the road with 4-5 days at home, maximizing earning potential while ensuring quality family time.

Equipment: Drive our fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts designed for your comfort on long hauls.

No Touch Freight: All freight operations are 100% no-touch across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly with a pay structure of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is included, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit-sharing bonus available at year-end.

Running Area: Our OTR routes cover all 48 states, offering diverse refrigerated freight opportunities, including specialized routes for maximum earnings.

Benefits: This W2 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for individuals aged 18 and older at no cost, as well as a pet policy with a refundable deposit of $500 based on truck condition.
