Home Time: Typically, you’ll be out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occasionally arise. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our well-maintained fleet consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Every truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking being their responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, significantly minimizing dock waiting time. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. Enjoy a base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, with the potential for 3,000 miles weekly for dedicated drivers. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you can be eligible for dedicated accounts.
