Home Time:

• Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on your location and freight availability.
• We aim for weekly home time, but some drivers may experience 2-week periods.
• Schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet is composed of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner.
• All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times and enhance operational efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
• Base pay rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35, with potential for 3,000 miles per week for dedicated drivers. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:

• Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
