OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Middletown, DE by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Key Responsibilities:
- Transport dry van freight across OTR lanes, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections, complete logs and delivery paperwork.
- Work with dispatch to optimize routing and handle in-transit issues.
Perks & requirements: modern trucks under three years with APUs, inverters and sleepers; pay starting at 65 CPM (avg ~2,500 mi/wk), safety and referral bonuses, in-house maintenance, home every two weeks, and full benefits. CDL-A and 12+ months experience required.
