Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Middletown, DE
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to deliver freight nationwide.
We Provide:
- Competitive starting mileage pay at 60 CPM.
- Average weekly mileage around 2,500 miles.
- Performance bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
- Modern fleet of trucks under 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers.
- Strong in-house maintenance support for peace of mind.
- Regular home time every three weeks.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights home
