Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Middletown, NJ
DBS Laredo is actively seeking skilled Solo CDL A drivers for our dry van fleet in Middletown. We provide consistent freight, attractive pay, and reliable home time, all while ensuring our drivers feel respected and supported in their roles.

Responsibilities Include:
- Safely operate a dry van truck to transport goods.
- Follow all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and keep accurate delivery records.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Proven driving experience with a clean record.
- Strong safety focus and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
