Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight demands. While we strive for weekly home time, some 2-week periods may be necessary. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers are allowed to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with mileage ranging from 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Most routes are located east of I-35, allowing dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Reliable freight lanes ensure consistent mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
