Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time, although two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, featuring models like Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. The primary freight consists of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage ranging from 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for reaching 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our running area is primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
