Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Millsboro, DE
DBS is searching for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Millsboro, DE. We offer competitive pay, consistent freight, and a supportive work environment, ensuring reliable home time for our drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport freight using a dry van truck.
- Comply with all safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and schedules.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid CDL-A license.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience is preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
