Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Milwaukee, WI
Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to deliver freight nationwide. We pride ourselves on offering substantial mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles, and bonuses available for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A current CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
