Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, all less than three years old, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, which allow drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All our dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive freight, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with a weekly mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes mainly cover areas east of I-35, and dedicated drivers can expect up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
