Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight availability. We aim for weekly home time, but some 2-week stretches may occur. Your schedule will run from Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained vehicles, no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers are allowed to take trucks and trailers home, with responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are handled with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight primarily composed of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven each week. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can expect to cover up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days.
