Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Monroe, LA
DBS Laredo is seeking skilled Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Monroe. We offer steady freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time to ensure our drivers are supported and respected.

Your Responsibilities:
- Transport goods safely to designated locations.
- Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and trips.
Qualifications:
- Active CDL-A license.
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no major infractions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
