OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Montchanin, DE by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate nationwide dry van runs from Montchanin, DE with HMD Trucking. This solo OTR role offers starting pay at 65 CPM, typical weekly mileage around 2,500, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals. You’ll drive late-model equipment (under three years) fitted with APUs, inverters and sleepers and receive in-house maintenance support, with scheduled home time every two weeks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely transport freight across long-haul routes while meeting delivery schedules.
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections, log hours and report defects promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers.
Requirements:
- CDL-A license and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience.
