Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Montgomery, AL
DBS is searching for skilled Solo CDL A drivers to enhance our dry van fleet. We provide steady freight, competitive compensation, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers are respected and supported.
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering freight promptly and safely.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintaining detailed records of deliveries and vehicle conditions.
Qualifications Needed:
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Experience in the trucking industry, particularly with dry vans.
- A commitment to safety and high-quality customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
