Home Time: Typically, you will be out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although there may be occasional 2-week stretches. Your schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All our trucks include inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take the truck and trailer home, with secured parking being their responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, which significantly reduces dock waiting time. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operational flow.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: You'll primarily run east of I-35, with the possibility of 3,000 miles per week for dedicated drivers. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you become eligible for dedicated accounts.
