Are you a CDL-A driver eager for an OTR role with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, you'll be out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but some two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, providing a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Every truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with the responsibility of secured parking.

No Touch Freight: We handle 100% no-touch freight with dry van loads and 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. Most loads consist of automotive goods for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily east of I-35, giving dedicated drivers the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Reliable freight lanes ensure consistent mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can be eligible for dedicated accounts.
