Home Time: Drivers are typically out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time; however, some two-week periods may occasionally occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, assuming secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily made up of automotive loads, for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage of 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily serving regions east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles each week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
